About Chris: Chris is a longtime resident of Windham and founded CG Real Estate in February 2009.  CG Real Estate specializes in residential real estate sales in Windham, Tolland, New London and Hartford counties.Chris has been a licensed REALTOR since 2006 & was also co-owner and founder of Stratilis LLC based out of Willimantic. He helped build this company which specialized in flipping properties. Through extensive effort Chris was able to help Stratilis achieve a  state wide status of recognition through his style of marketing and branding.  Stratilis offered both residential and commercial sales in addition to property management, investments and real estate counseling.

Prior to real estate Chris was employed for 10 years with General Dynamics as a pipe fitter and then a  piping designer.  While in his 10 years at General dynamics, Chris was an elected union steward, where he represented the general membership in the protection of their labor rights.

Chris belongs to the Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS, Connecticut Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.  As a long time member of both the Better Business Bureau and the Windham Region Chamber of Commerce he enjoys staying involved in the community.  Chris has recently been elected to the Chambers board of directors.  His Chamber involvement also includes the Ambassador committee and the Chamber Alliance Network which he helped to create.

Chris resides with his family (wife Connie , two boys Rylan, Jameson and his two newest additions, Charlotte and Kendall) in Windham. His interest include coaching the local youth in wrestling, football, and baseball.  He also loves any chance to get outdoors and hike or explore with his family.

About April: April is a lifelong resident of eastern Connecticut and currently resides in Windham.  She is a 2007 graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and has a bachelors degree in public policy/ political science.  April has been a realtor since May of 2010 and loves working with first time home buyers.
