Peter Leeds, realtor with CG Real Estate in North Windham, Connecticut, hosts a First-Time Home Buyers Presentation on January 14, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the CG Real Estate office at 361 Boston Post Road in North Windham. Peter is presenting this program to those who want to overcome the fear and mystery of purchasing a new home for the first time.
Peter, a long-time teacher before journeying into the real estate business, has put together a clear and informative program that outlines the steps that buyers must take as they progress toward making the most important purchase of their lives, the first home. Utilizing a Powerpoint production that Peter has created, he will show that the steps in purchasing a new home are concrete and sequential and not so overwhelming as many buyers often feel it is.
Peter will be joined at the presentation by several colleagues who represent the other major players in the lives of all buyers, not just first-time buyers. CG Real Estate owner / broker Chris Grant will offer brief introductory comments. Suzanne Greene of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation will explain the role of the mortgage officer in the home buying process. Adam Bruggeman of Lavigne, Mark & Rogers, LLC will discuss the role of the attorney. Finally, Larry Willette, owner of Home Quality Inspections, will talk about home inspections and what they can and cannot ensure in the purchasing process.
CG Real Estate is located next door to the Wireless Zone Verizon store on Route 6. The program will begin at 11 with introductions from the presenters and an outline of the presentation. Interested attendees are asked to contact Peter Leeds at 860-377-4433 about their interest in the program. He can also be reached at peter@cgrealestate.net.
Peter is committed to the achievement of prospective buyers’ real estate goals and looks forward to helping first-time buyers learn exactly what those goals are.
